SPRING 2022 BIKE DRIVE
During the Spring of 2022, One World One People organized a bike drive throughout Fairfield and Westchester counties. Thanks to the generous donations of many individuals, we were able to collect over 60 bicycles for immigrant and refugee families living in the United States. Whether it is a bike for a child to be used for recreational purposes, or a bike for an adult as a means of transportation -important for getting to places like one's job or the supermarket- these bikes will be incredibly valuable to these families. By partnering with Integrated Refugee and Immigrant Services (IRIS), these bicycles will be distributed directly to the immigrant and refugee families most in need. We'd like to thank everyone who donated and did their part to help our community.
